During a discussion which related to an ‘Aalim who refrained from accepting doubtful wealth, Hazrat Moulana Ashraf ‘Ali Thaanwi (rahmatullahi ‘alaih) mentioned:

Nowadays, the required level of taqwa and caution is not seen among people in matters relating to wealth. There are many people who confine piety to their ‘ibaadaat (i.e. virtuous deeds and actions). Many are even punctual on tahajjud, chaasht and ishraaq and in completing their wazeefas. However the inordinate passion and love for wealth within their hearts does not seem to decrease. As a result, they do not exercise the required level of precaution in their business dealings and monetary affairs and continue to consume doubtful wealth.

ZINA-SWIMMING – SHAITAAN’S SUNNAH PROMOTED BY MOLVI AGENTS OF IBLEES

Explaining the incredible and shocking indulgence of Molvis in immorality – fisq and fujoor – a concerned parent from Pietermaritzburg laments:
“As a concerned parent, I would like to know if swimming is permissible if there is no segregation of boys and girls. I do not like to judge but there is an Aalim, Moulana Saliem, in our community in Pietermaritzburg, who teaches swimming to our Muslim children. However, he does not separate the boys and girls, and some of these children are at the age of marriage. They all swim together and have conversations in between their swimming sessions.

The parents, mostly mothers, are allowed to sit and watch their children and this moulana also goes to the mothers and have chit chat with them in public view.

There is also another Aalim, Moulana Moosa from the same area, who goes to the pool and decides that it is correct to learn how to swim among hundreds of non- mahram woman and girls. Moulana Saliem also makes these innocent children participate in swim competitions like the Midmar Mile which is to take place next month at the Midmar dam.

Apart from all the nudity at the event There are thousands of swimmers who take part in this race. Men and women all swim together and this Aalim also participates in this competition with his swimmers. There is also another Aalim from the same community to add to the list who swims in this competition.

We look up to these moulanas in our community, so I would like to know if this is the correct thing which these learned people are doing as these moulanas are the high profile of our community. Moulana Saliem is part of the Jamiatul Ulama KZN, and an Imaam in a Masjid. Moulana Moosa is part of a Darul Uloom in Pietermartizburg – Madrasah Tarteelul Quraan.

Can people follow these Moulanas in Namaaz and can we take their advices? (End of the parent’s letter)

The level of degradation into the dregs of the cauldron of immorality and zina is shockingly lamentable. By no stretch of Imaani understanding can these molvis be described as ‘Aalims’. In fact they are juhala of the worst kind. They are fussaaq and fujjaar of the worst order. They are Satanists.

It is incredible to fathom – it is beyond even the imagination of conscious Muslims that molvis who are regarded to be part of the Ulama Fraternity indulging in zina so flagrantly in full public view. It is difficult to accept that they are even Muslims. It is not possible for people of Imaan, even for fussaaq and fujjaar, to denude themselves of every vestige of Imaani haya to organize, participate and promote even 3 year old boys and girls to swim together. But here in Pietermaritzburg, molvis linked to Madaaris and Musaajid are most brazenly and flagrantly promoting zina in the pools loaded with fisq and fujoor.

When it is not permissible to even view the garments of a female, it defies Imaani imagination to even attempt imagining Muslim boys and girls, men and women swimming together. While such filth is understandable for non-Muslims, such zina lewdness is incomprehensible regarding Muslims even in this age in close proximity to Qiyaamah. Are these molvis Muslims? They appear to be munaafiqeen masquerading as Muslims. They come within the purview of Allah’s castigation:

“The A’raab (rural village-dwellers) say: ‘We have Imaan.’ Say (O Muhammd to them): ‘You have no Imaan. Rather say: ‘We have submitted (i.e. accepted Islam superficially) whilst Imaan has not entered into your hearts.” (Al-Hujuraat, Aayat 14)

These molvis who brazenly and flagrantly promote ZINA by condoning and participating in the mass perpetration of immoral nudity in the water by men and women, kuffaar and Muslims alike, are in the same class as these A’raab whose Imaan Allah Ta’ala denies. How is it possible for even fussaaq and fujjaar Muslims to promote and believe that such zina nudity is halaal? Aggravating the immoral villainy of their kufr is their parading as ‘ulama’ whilst in reality they are agents of Iblees.

These molvis also come within the scope of the Qur’aanic Aayaat which revile the Munaafiqeen. Allah Ta’ala says:

“And, from among the people are those who say: ‘We believe in Allah and the Last day.’, whilst (in reality) they are not Mu’mineen. They deceive Allah (in their stupid opinion) and the people of Imaan. However, they deceive only themselves.

In their hearts is a disease (of nifaaq). Therefore Allah increases their disease, and for them there is a painful punishment because of their lies.”

(Al-Baqarah, 8 and 9)

The shameless fisq and fujoor (immorality/obscenity and satanic promiscuity) of these molvis is absolutely mind-boggling. How is it possible for such immoral scoundrels to be members of Jamiatul Ulama KZN. Is the Jamiat’s leadership so blind or so utterly uncaring of Allah Ta’ala and His Deen that they are unable to see and understand the gravity of the fisq and fujoor bordering on kufr of their molvi members who promote ZINA publicly?

“The (physical eyes) are not blind. But the hearts within the breasts are blind.” (Qur’aan)
Toleration and acceptance of the brazen acts of immorality of the molvis are the effect of the spiritual blindness mentioned in this Qur’aanic Aayat.

The vile and filthy public misdeeds of these molvis accord greater credibility and clarity to the tafseer of a Hadith presented by a Faqeeh. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Soon shall there dawn an age when………the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From them will emerge fitnah and the fitnah will rebound on them.”

The Faqeeh commenting on this Hadith said that ‘under the canopy of the sky’ are also the Yahood, the Nasaara, the Mushrikeen, dogs and pigs. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) categorised these exceptionally evil movis as worse than all of these creations. Thus those molvis who are in this satanic game of promoting nudity and zina so blatantly are worse than even khanaazeer.

Their public and flagrant promotion of and participation in the swimming ZINA cannot be by error. Their Satanism is pre-planned and by design. It is a palpable denial of the entire concept of Hijaab revealed by Allah Ta’ala.

If they had an iota of Imaan, they would have trembled with fear even if their zina shenanigans were perpetrated in privacy. But these villains and vile scoundrels propagate their zina in full view of the public.

Their recklessness in the public perpetration of immorality and zina has emboldened many Muslim women to act as lesbians. These shaitaani females following in the shaitaani footsteps of the evil molvis have denuded themselves of every semblance of Imaani haya, hence they are able to shamelessly spectate the acts of nudity and zina which the illegitimate progeny of Iblees has organized in the form of the filthy mixed men and women swimming functions.

These people – the evil molvis and the spectators – are all mal-oon and maghdoob – Allah’s la’nat and ghadhab settle on them every second of their participation in the molvi-organized zina swimming shaitaaniyat. Modesty and bashfulness for doing even what is permissible, are integral constituents of Imaan. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Haya is a branch of Imaan.” Thus, for even a Muslim male to leave his elbows exposed, to eat in the public, to laugh loudly, to be dressed with only a T-shirt in public, and in general to do any act which Islamically is considered khilaaf-e-murawwat (uncultural) are in conflict with Imaani hayaa despite the initial permissibility of such acts which are regarded to be trivialities. But in Islam habitual commission of even ‘trivialities’ culminates in major sins.

The illegitimate progeny of Iblees – those who prostitute the haya and chastity of Muslim women under Deeni guise with the monstrous LIE that swimming is ‘Sunnat’ for them, and that too by denuding themselves in public – are devilishly oblivious of the faintest idea of the meaning of Imaani Haya, hence their brazen indulgence in and promotion of the grotesquely obscene zina-swimming act, the toxity of which is of a satanically aggravated nature.

What is Imaani Hayaa and Ghairah? The following Hadith will serve as edification for the satanized brains of these vile molvis:

“Hadhrat Sa’ad Bin Ubaadah (Tadhiyallahu anhu) said: ‘I will not hesitate killing my wife with a sword should I see her with another man.”

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Only a person with a darkened heart is deprived of ghairah.”

These fussaaq and fujjaar molvis are totally deprived of Imaani haya and ghairah. Their hearts are darkened with the zulmat of kufr. Never in the history of Islam was immorality of this nature committed. There is no precedent in Islam for semi-nude Muslim males and females immorally swimming together under molvi supervision.

Once Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) asked: “What is best for women.” No one was able to proffer an answer. Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu) went to his wife, Hadhrat Faatimah (Radhiyallahu anha) and posed the same question. This illustrious Daughter of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the Queen of Jannat, responded:

“No man should see her, and she should see no man.”

On hearing this grand response, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) commented: “Faatimah is a portion of me.”

Imaani Hayaa demands that a man should not unnecessarily look at even a fully clad woman – clad with burqah and niqaab, nor should a woman unnecessarily look at a ghair mahram man. Imaani Hayaa demands that a man should not look at even the dead body of a woman enshrouded in FIVE sheets. To safeguard this lofty concept of Imaani Hayaa, the enshrouded body of the deceased woman is further screened from the gazes of men by a screen drawn over the female’s enshrouded body as it is lowered in the Qabar. But, what do we find today in our midst?

Thoroughly satanized molvis – human shayaateen – men with the hearts of wolves – goading Muslim women to appear semi-nude into the public domain to mingle with semi-nude males in pools to swim together while being spectated by a crowd of men and women devils – male devils and females devils. And, they have the treacherous temerity of promoting all of this ZINA as ‘sunnah’!!! They should cleanse the surface of this earth of their filth and villainy by drowning themselves.

The swimming which these shaitaani scoundrels depict as ‘sunnah’ is a Kabeerah sin of the worst order. In fact, for these villainous scoundrel molvis, it is KUFR. Salaat behind these treacherous human shayaateen is not valid. They are not fussaaq of the humdrum class predominating this era, who understand their misdeeds to be sins for which Taubah is imperative. These human shaitaan molvis are guilty of irtidaad. Renewal of Imaan is imperative.

These are the types of molvis who, according to the Hadith, will be compelled in Jahannam to circumambulate their own intestines which will be extracted from their bodies and cast in front of them for making tawaaf.

What has happened to the other Ulama of Pietermaritzburg? What has happened to the Jamiat KZN? Having receded into the fortress of silence, they have demonstrated that they are the very ‘dumb devils’ about whom Rasulullah (Sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“He who is silent regarding the Haqq, is a dumb shaitaan.”

It is haraam to have these shayaateen as members of the Jamiat. It is haraam for the trustees to permit these evil molvis to be Imaams.

These villainous scoundrel molvis, the Musjid trustees and the Jamiat are all Signs of the Impending Hour of Qiyaamah. They flagrantly violate Allah’s Laws and shamelessly abstain from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi Anil Munkar for the attainment of their corrupt motives. They pillage and plunder Amaanat (Trust). About these ulama-e-soo’ and trustees bonded to their nafs being Signs of Qiyaamah, it is mentioned in the Hadith:

“Someone asked: ‘When shall be the Hour (of Qiyaamah)?’ Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When Amaanat (Trust) is destroyed, then await the Hour.” He was asked: ‘How will Amaanat be destroyed?’ Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When affairs (of trust) are assigned to those who are unfit (to bear the Trust), then await the Hour.”

Today thoroughbred scoundrels and abusers of Amaanat are acting as Imaams of Musjids, as Ustaadhs in Madaaris and as members of bodies such as Ulama Jamiats.

When such vile acts of fisq and fujoor – such acts of the prostitution of haya and chastity are so flagrantly perpetrated by men who are supposed to be the spiritual guides of the Muslim community, then Muslims have to understand and be in anticipation of the imminence of the Hour of Qiyaamah.

An eye-opener for Muslims, is the following lament of a Sister from the U.K.

“Assalamu Alaykum,

Regarding the fatwa issued by 17 scholars in Pakistan on Travelling without a Mahram and the response by The Majlis, I have some thoughts on this as a female living in the West (UK), second generation who always saw women living in the UK as females who went out, shopping, work, etc etc. It was all normal to me as I did not grow up with knowledge on this subject. Islam was very foreign to me in terms of masaail. However at that time there was no open mixing between the learned and unlearned. People kept within the limits to a great extent. When I was a teenager, not that long ago, this changed.

I have witnessed married scholars, muftis groom girls many years younger than themselves. Whilst Islam permits polygamy and the age difference isn’t an issue, they did not have the right intention as they continued to groom these girls without directly going to their fathers and asking for their daughters hand in marriage despite being in contact with the father.

They would use their knowledge of deen as a way of grooming these girls, talking daily, putting down their first wives and second wives to the teenage girls. This didn’t just happen in front of me but all over the UK. Some of these scholars commit zina with these girls and then use the leverage of exposing the girl if she goes to expose him due to their status in the community. People will believe him and not the naive teenager. Seeing this over and over, created a very choking environment for me. I alerted the elders many a time but despite them agreeing the evidence was there, nothing was done.

These scholars audaciously come in front of the families of the teenager and befriend them. They have no shame at all. It is very difficult for these girls to understand that one day they will have their own true loving husband because these scholars have no intention of marrying them and just stringing them along and doing whatever they can do to them in that time. So many have not been exposed because it would hurt the future of the unmarried girl. It is like they are stuck in this foggy environment where they cannot see right from wrong (we could go into the effects of fluoride here but this can be researched separately).

The 17 scholars state that time has changed so the fatwa needs modernising. Yes times have changed, they are worse. Taqwa has left. Openly sinning is the norm. Shame has left.

I enrolled and taught at different Islamic schools and madaaris and it is so easy for Shaitan to make the male and female teachers commit haraam because the parents are not around, families are not around. In the UK we have ‘safe’ means of travel in general, buses and trains and plenty of places to meet up with the opposite gender. Unfortunately there are teenagers who have had an abortion because they found themselves in the position they preached against, whether a normal every day Muslim or a student of knowledge. It’s happening in all scenarios. It’s not just the molvis and apas and madrasah students. It’s even those who are deendaar people who would never think of themselves to commit zina but have and as Muslims we should, in this day and age, absolutely accept every single advice of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that Shaitan is the third party no matter how strong you think you are. The modern times makes it so easy for Shaitan to push us. The opportunities are there, the hotels are there, the travel options are there. One finds themselves saying it is haraam and the next second Shaitan has swept us off our feet in a situation we do not want to be in yet this brain fog stops the male and the female from leaving.

The Majlis has quoted several news articles regarding Islamophobia all over the world including the UK. In the UK people generally spread the news of a recent attack on Muslim women in their own areas and I know there are hundreds of more incidents that could have been added from the UK alone. Niqabs are being pulled off frequently but most of these are not reported. The women in that area are afraid to the extent they don’t talk about it. The answer would be to stay home but going back to my opening sentences, we are so used to going out and about despite now having the deeni knowledge we once didn’t have but then we are afraid of the consequences. We have to admit that trying to be progressive is of no use as when these muslimahs report it to the police or the supermarket then they are told there is nothing we can do. We can’t expect protection of Allah Ta’ala when we go against His Deen.

Despite all of the above, there is a change in society now. The knowledgeable deeni people are being replaced with a fresh new wave of Muslims, reverts and those Muslims who had no knowledge their entire lives but are now turning to Allah azza wa jal in hope and fear. People I would not have imagined wanting to fully practise the Deen of Allah azza wa jal are now turning to Him. After seeing the negatives above, this is very refreshing.

I cannot fathom how 17 scholars came to such a ruling because I am just one random person with very little experience and I have seen in the Haram Shareef men talking to young girls openly just like you witnessed decades ago. I have seen the stares from the young males in front to the young girl a few feet behind during tawaaf of the Ka’bah. This was a few years ago and now fitnah is worse and more open to be seen by all.

I do not need to be a mufti to see that it is unsafe for women to emerge. Recently two 14 year olds were attacked in the UK on a bus. They had friends with them. They were approached by a woman telling them to take their hijab off. I remember my teen years, we would go out on the bus and teenage Muslim girls seem to be louder than non Muslim girls. Loud giggling and cackling. I was quite shy as a teen but I was still out and about as it was the norm. It was only when I started to hang around with the non-Muslims at school did I learn proper adab and that you can be calm and respectful. I didn’t understand what the muslimahs were trying to prove by acting that way. It was very depressing. I am not saying these 14 year olds were doing that but only a 10 year old kid came to their rescue and he was attacked for doing so. The muslimahs were brutally attacked and the male who was with the attacker blocked anyone from helping the teenagers. In such an open environment I don’t see how he blocked others from helping except that this is a wake-up call from Allah Ta’ala. But instead of Muslim females acknowledging this, they protest and rant at the ‘injustice’ – that no one is helping them.

My understanding of life as a female in the west in 2020 in that we need to go back to the basic rulings of Islam from ancient books and go through each ruling one by one and act on them. We need to shun modern rulings because Allah Ta’ala is very openly telling us this is not the way. We need to accept our role and it isn’t a regressive one. This role protects us from abuse of the men outside, it means all those teenagers, now full UK adults will have no regrets of being groomed and abused. It means that mothers can concentrate on the tarbiyah of their children. It means we can complete all our qazas which majority of people in the UK have due to the schooling system instead of going to all the Islamic talks and wasting time. It means we can then catch on when a scholar makes an odd statement and not follow him blindly. If a scholar says a female can be an aalimah, hafizah and gain a degree at university then perhaps he has some things going on in his life in conflict with Deen such as attending mixed events himself because even if this aalimah sticks to her study at university and prays Salah in the Salah room, the males on the other side of the cloth still manage to gain opportunity to talk to her and make her feel worthless.

I could write an entire book on the issues that women face, the grooming, the attacks but it will not achieve anything because a muslimah needs to accept that the rulings of the early Fuqaha are Islam and this is the only way that she will find protection and ease of heart in this world. She can still have a business from home, she can still study, she can do anything within the comforts of her own home in this day and age. There are many arguments these females are putting forward to justify their need to go out but they are not valid because generally what they mean is they do not put trust in Allah and are putting trust in modernism to save the Muslims. But it isn’t working out . We’ve had all of these years of modernism, where has it got us? We can be modern. We can take the good and leave that which causes harm. This is the balance Islam provides but not accepting that the harms in the dunya are as a result of our own misconduct is something we need to work on.

From my experience, the people who spout corrupt fatwas are participating in the corruption themselves. They may only be a little into it but not realising the effects it can have on the Ummah.

Reading the examples in your book, gave me many flashbacks of the things I and other females have witnessed. It is only Allah Ta’ala’s fazl that I and other females in the west are still on the path of Islam as the roads we have tread upon were very far from Him. May Allah azza wa jall forgive us all and allow us to feel content on the rulings of the fuqaha so that we can enjoy eternall bliss in Jannah. Ameen. Wassalam (End of the Sister’s letter)

The ‘scholars’ to whom the Sister refers are in reality shayaateen (devils) in human bodies or men with the hearts of wolves as mentioned in the Hadith. They are Iblees-incarnate. They plunder the hayaa (shame and chastity) of females who are vulnerable due to their natural attribute of nuqs fil aql (intellectual deficiency). Taking gross satanic advantage of such vulnerability these devilish molvis and sheikhs gratify their zina lusts without any semblance of Imaani conscience or fear for Allah Azza Wa Jal.

These scholars of lust and agents of Iblees are the primary cause for the ruin and destruction of the Ummah. They are the worst kind of traitors in the Ummah. Under subterfuge of their outward Islamic appearance they perfidiously perpetrate heinous and scandalous crimes of zina and concupiscence. It is difficult to believe that such scoundrels as described by the Sister have any Imaan.

Further, the reality on the ground – the real dangers to which Muslim females outside the home have to be confronted with, at the very minimum testifies to the colossal ignorance of those muftis who have the temerity to issue corrupt and stupid fatwas legalizing the haraam act of women travelling without mahrams. In fact, it is haraam in our day for women to venture out of their homes to attend to even needs within the neighbourhood. In these times of fitnah and fasaad it is incumbent for a mahram to accompany a woman when she desires to visit even a next door neighbour for a valid reason. These muftis who disgorge stupid zigzag fatwas are described as mufti maajin by the Fuqaha. They are moron muftis who are adept in the art of stupid and devious interpretation for abrogating Shar’i ahkaam which have come down in the Ummah from the era of the Sahaabah. These moron muftis are in the satanic game of fabricating a new shariah to appease the modernist zanaadaqah.

Be exceptionally weary of the muftis of this age. A sincere Muslim will not become enmeshed in the tentacles of deception of the maajin muftis, if he consults his heart, for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Seek a fatwa from your heart.”

VAPING – A LESSON FOR THE MORON ‘MUFTIS’

Vaping or e-cigarette smoking or more appro-priately, the devil’s smok-ing, is perhaps worse than tobacco smoking. While some moron ‘muftis’, slaves of lust, have been swift with corrupt per-missibility fatwas to assuage Iblees, the follow-ing information furnished by the experts in the field should prove salubrious and depurate the minds of these ‘muftis’ from the urine of Iblees which convolutes the brain, hence the quick and base-less ‘fatwas’ redolent of shaitaaniyat and nafsaaniyat.

VAPING LIKE GAS ATTACK –EXPERTS

Vaping damages the lungs in the same way as a poison gas attack, tests have revealed. Experts in the US have warned of a looming pub-lic health crisis after ex-amination of tissue sam-ples found vapers had suffered direct injuries from noxious chemicals. For the first time, scien-tists reviewed lung biop-sies from a group of pa-tients who had fallen ill after smoking e-cigarettes, two of whom had died.

The team at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizo-na, had been expecting to find lung damage as a re-sult of fatty deposits from the vaping liquids. Instead, they found more serious acute injuries of the type commonly seen in victims of gas attacks. The study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, was pub-lished as concern about the safety of e-cigarettes grows.

Of the 17 patients from whom samples were tak-en in the study, only eight had smoked cigarettes. All had foamy accumula-tions indicating acute fi-brinous pneumonitis, a type of scarring.

The study’s senior author, Dr Brandon Larsen, said: “It seems to be some kind of direct chemical injury, similar to what one might see with exposures to toxic chemical fumes, poisonous gases and toxic agents.”

Of the patients in the study, 12 had vaped with dagga or cannabis oil. This could be significant because the vaping lobby and some scientists argue the recent spate of illness-es related to vaping are a result of THC, the princi-pal psychoactive com-pound in dagga, or canna-bidiol (CBD). – The Tele-graph (The Herald 4/10/19)

The Aql of a Mu’min, if uncontaminated with shaitaaniyat and nafsaaniyat, will readily understand the evil and harmful effects of the sa-tanic practice of smoking and vaping. The need for academic knowledge and expertise is obviated by the clarity of the evil. But the juhala ‘muftis’ of this era have assumed upon themselves the kufr of ex-punging from the Shari-ah’s Book of Principles Dharar (Harm) which is a fundamental Sabab (Cause/ground) for Hur-mat (Prohibition). Glass and sand are haraam for consumption, not because these are impure, but be-cause of their Dharar.

The moron cardboard ‘muftis’ are fond of spin-ning their nafsaani narra-tives around the view of Makrooh ventured by some senior Ulama. Whenever and wherever these ‘muftis’ are able to clutch a passing straw, they do so without hesita-tion and without the least understanding of the damage they inflict on the health and morality of the awaamun naas (the general laiety).

The Ulama who had opined karaahat were in total darkness regarding the terrible and harmful consequences of smok-ing, hence they main-tained the view of Karaa-hat, NOT permissibility, with conspicuous velleity, and also with a degree of bias for a certain senior Aalim of Haqq who had unfortunately developed the habit of smoking hookah. But such slips and errors of seniors are never Daleel in the Sha-riah. Those who utilize and manipulate the errors and slips of senior Ulama for the extravasation of permissibility to assuage the dictates of the nafs and to please ignoramus-es are guilty of showing blithe disregard for the Shariah and the physical, moral and spiritual well-being of the Ummah. Is there any Sahaabi or any of the Akaabir of the Salafus Saaliheen who had the habit of smoking?

Vaping and smoking are Satanist acts which are glaringly haraam. No Muslim whose mind is untouched by shaitaaniyat will fail to un-derstand the villainy of these evil practices.

ULAMA PURSUING HIGHER SECULAR EDUCATION

Q. I notice a growing trend among students studying in Ulooms. After becoming Aalims they pursue higher secular education, e.g. science, accounting, law. In most cases they give preference to the secular studies and the concomitant careers. Is this trend tenable in Islam?
A. They are not ‘Aalims’. They are Jaahils.These students are Signs of Qiyaamah. Among the Signs of Qiyaamah mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) is that “the dunya will be pursued and acquired with the amal of the Aakhirat.” Also, a Sign is “that the knowledge of the Deen will be acquired for purposes other than the Deen.”
They are the similitude of khanaazeer (pigs) mentioned by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He (i.e. the Ustaadh) who imparts Ilm (higher Deeni Ilm) to unfit persons is like one who garlands khanaazeer with pearls, diamonds and gold.”
They are vile mercenaries.
They are like the disgruntled and rebellious Yahood who complained to Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) about the Mann and Salwa which Allah Ta’ala daily made available for them miraculously whilst they were wandering in confusion and bewilderment, lost in the Valley of Teeh for 40 years.
Instead of valuing and appreciating this food which came to them from the Heaven, they demanded lentils and onions. Hadhrat Musaa (Alayhis salaam) reprimanded them:
“What! Do you want to exchange that which is best for that which is inferior?”
These morons parading as Aalims, are worse than those Yahood who were tired of consuming the heavenly Mann and Salwa. These miserable molvis who should regret the day they were born, are exchanging the Deen, not food as Bani Israeel had done, for the carrion of the dunya. The Deen with its sacred Qur’aanic Ilm is a hobby for them. They are truly the khanaazeer mentioned in the Hadith.

“Muslims” Participating in Christmas Activities
I’m not sure if you’re aware, but a significant majority of “Muslims” in England & America have engaged in one form or another in the kuffar Christmas celebrations.

They either attended a work Christmas party, wished someone a “Merry Christmas”, or under their fallacious understanding of good character they wished someone “season’s greetings” thinking they were deceiving Allah Ta’ala with a play on words. Some posed in front of a Christmas Tree & others wore a Santa hat, looking like circus clowns in the process.

Hereunder are the numerous excuses that I have heard they hope to present in the Court of Allah Ta’ala for participating in a celebration which, despite it’s commercial flavour, in essence, is one in which the ascription of a partner to Allah is celebrated.

(A) Some argue that under the auspices of good Islamic character, there is no harm in participating in the peripheral activities of Christmas as at heart we don’t believe in it.

They forget that intentionally participating in an action is sufficient for apostasy, regardless of what is in the heart. In Qur’an, I vaguely recall the group of people who said they were only joking, i.e. in their heart they didn’t mean it, yet Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam still referred to their joking on a sensitive issue as kufr.

It’s as if, na’oodhoobillah, these so-called Muslims envisage that if Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam & his beloved companions were alive today they would be as desensitised to Imaan as these morons who today proclaim to be Muslims, but unashamedly have zero fear of Allah Ta’ala and are completely oblivious to the fact that the crime of shirk is the gravest of all.

They have a warped secular understanding of good character and adopt their subjective definition as the Islamic one, yet they don’t realise that Akhlaq is a specific branch of Deen covered by numerous Ahadith and Qur’anic verses, none of which advocate the aforementioned behaviour.

In fact such behaviour is condemned in Hadith, wherein states to the nearest effect that whoever imitates them in the salient features of their beliefs/religion he/she is ONE OF THEM. Imagine being raised as ONE OF THEM on the Day of Judgement.

(B) Others trivialise the issue by proclaiming: “It’s only a bit of fun,” as if to say Islam has not defined the boundaries of play/enjoyment.

(C) Others out of fear of the kuffar denigrating or looking down on them participate out of compulsion, because they do not have the Imaani backbone, nor the fear of Allah. They fear a kaafir who is physically and spiritually impure over Allah Ta’ala who is pure and the King of all Kings. Should anybody condemn this behaviour, these satanists will refer to them as killjoys or too strict.

What I would like to know from The Majlis specifically is:
(A) Am I right in thinking that none of the aforementioned excuses for implied endorsement of shirk will be acceptable to Allah Ta’ala on the Day of Judgement?

(B) What is the state of Imaan of a person who did any of the above?

(C) If this amounts to kufr, presumably these people all have to re-enter the fold of Islam, make tauba, renew their nikah & re-perform their fardh Hajj. Is this correct?

THE COMMENT OF THE SHARIAH

Brother, we are living in the era termed Aakhiruz Zamaan (The End of Earthly Time). It is in this age that the Signs of Qiyaamah predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) are incrementally and swiftly materializing. The adoption of kuffaar customs and participating in their functions are the effects of the desensitization and even of the elimination of Imaan from the hearts of professed Muslims. The curse of kuffaar emulation has reached the degree termed by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) as “the lizard’s hole”. That is, Muslims will insanely emulate and follow the Yahood and Nasaara in every aspect of filth, fisq, fujoor and kufr to the extent of worshipping the cross inside the Musjid.

The vilest villains promoting this lizard-hole culture of emulation are the moron molvis and sheikhs of this age. These agents of Iblees have opened wide avenues of fisq and fujoor with their haraam distorted and utterly baseless interpretations on the basis of which they halaalize almost every Prohibition of the Shariah. With untenable nonsensical arguments they issue zigzag fatwas of corruption to corrupt the Imaan and ruin the Akhlaaq of the ignorant masses who find it pleasurable to dance to the tune of the haraam zigzag fatwas since the nafs derives considerable pleasure from the fatwas of the agents of shaitaan.

While it is imperative for the Ulama-e-Haqq to uphold the Command of Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi Anil Munkar, we do understand that the raging tide and flood of fisq and fujoor in the Ummah will not be stemmed. Nevertheless, it is Waajib for those of the Haqq to proclaim loudly and vigorously the Haqq regardless of who accepts or rejects.

The answers to your queries are as follows:

(A) Your thinking is, Alhamdulillah, 100% correct. The plethora of excuses which the followers of the Yahood and Nasaara present to justify their participation in flagrantly haraam functions and practices is nugatory of Imaan. The crashing of Allah’s Athaab on Muslims all over the world should, therefore come as no surprise.

“Muslims” of this age, despite professing to be Muslims, are no longer Muslims in terms of the Shariah. The Ummah at large has reneged from Islam with beliefs and practices of the kuffaar, hence Allah’s Chastisement is hemming them into the cauldron of misery and destruction. The Ummah as a whole has traversed the boundary of no return, hence Allah Ta’ala is severely punishing the professed muslims with the variety of misery, brutality and oppression at the hands of the very kuffaar whom they are madly emulating right into the ‘lizard’s hole’.
(B) The Imaan of people who indulge in these kinds of practices of the kuffaar is negated.

(C) Yes, you are correct in your understanding. They have to rededicate themselves to Islam. If they fail, they will be resurrected on the Day of Qiyaamah with the kuffaar whom they had so lovingly emulated here on earth. May Allah Ta’ala save us from that terrible fate.

A fearful episode

In India, once on the occasion of the Hindu festival of holi when the cow-worshippers and cow-urine-drinkers quirt colourful water and coloured cow urine on all and sundry, a Maulana while chewing paan (beetle leaf) passed by a donkey. Mockingly, he said to the donkey: Today, everyone is in happiness squirting coloured water on all. But no one is bothered about you. Any how I shall do so. So saying, he spat his red-coloured saliva on the donkey in imitation of the Hindu mushrikeen. This was obviously a joke to amuse himself.

After the demise of this Maulana Saheb, a friend saw in a dream the Maulana Sahib burning in Jahannam. In shock and surprise, he enquired of the reason for the punishment. The Maulana Sahib said that since he had emulated the holi custom of the Hindu mushrikeen, Allah’s Wrath overtook him. The abhorrence of emulating the ways and practices of the Hindu kuffaar had secured for himself the fate of Jahannam.

This episode should be a fearful lesson for those who have seceded their brains to the kuffaar. Those who adopt the customs and practices of the kuffaar should ponder and understand the far reaching disastrous consequences which will extend right into Qiyaamah. The stupid arguments and the zigzag fatwas of the moron molvis, sheiks and muftis of this age will not avail on the Day of Qiyaamah. Allah Ta’ala has endowed all Muslims with adequate intelligence for differentiation between Haqq and baatil – truth and falsehood. There will, therefore be no valid argument on the Day of Qiyaamah for justifying the kufr participation in kuffaar customs, practices and festivals.

FEMALES AND MADRASSAHS

Q. What is the correct way for a student to decline unacceptable teaching posts which the student’s Ustaadh wants to assign? A female is being asked to teach at a co-ed Muslim school which accommodates boys and girls up to grade 7.
A. The female should outrightly decline the haraam post.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “There is no obedience to anyone in anything which involves disobedience to Allah.”
If an Ustaadh asks his student to steal or commit zina or any other haraam act, the student has no option but to firmly decline and offer the Ustaadh naseehat by way of Amr Bil Ma’roof regardless of the ire of the teacher.
Q. Up to what age are girls allowed to pursue secular education?

A. The co-ed school is haraam. Girls and boys even 6 year old, may not attend a co-ed school. It is a haraam system. Hadhrat Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said that a girl has to observe Purdah for strangers from the age of 6, and for ghair mahram relatives from the age of 7. Expanding on this opinion, we say that due to the predominance of fisq and fujoor in our era, girls should be kept away from males even from the age of 4.
A girl should never be sent for secular education even in an all-girls school even if she is 6 years old. Basic English should be taught at home.
Q. The principal of the co-ed Muslim school is a Maulana. He is in his office on the school premises. The reason given is that he needs to attend to the male parents who want to enroll their children in the school. Is the reason valid according to the Shariah?
A. The reason is shaitaani deception. The principal in this institution is caught in the snare of Iblees. The reason given to justify his haraam presence is termed in the Qur’aan Majeed as zukhruful qawl (satanically adorned speech) which Iblees breathes or urinates into the brains of the ulama-e-soo’ who indulge in flagrant acts of haraam. Shaitaan is a cunning and clever Ustaadh. All these molvis of soo’ are agents of Iblees. They undermine the Deen in the name of the Deen. They are the scoundrels who have created the worst erosion and destruction of Islamic morality.
Q. Up to what distance can females travel to reach in a Maktab?

A. In terms of the Sunnah/Shariah women may not teach in even an all-girls madrasah. Such madrasahs are schemes of Iblees. A woman who is capable of teaching, should open her own madrasah at her home. Girls from nearby may come to her home for ta’leem.

Q. A woman has to travel 60 miles daily to work. She has no one to support her. Is this travelling permissible for her?
A. It is haraam for a woman to travel 60 miles daily or even once in a while for work. If she is a woman who is conscious of the Deen and remains at home, making dua and some other effort at home or nearby for an income, then Allah Ta’ala will open up a way for her. However, since she is not concerned with the Deen, she finds herself in such haraam circumstances where she has to come under Divine Curse daily. One’s rizq will arrive in haraam ways only if one adopts such ways. Tawakkul on Allah Ta’ala is Waajib for all Muslims, not only for Buzrugs. The minimum degree is such Tawakkul which prevents a person from indulgence in Haraam

 

TABLIGH JAMAAT AND PARENTS

Q. In Bangladesh, the Qoumi Ulama-Keraam are the supporters of Shura-e-Nezaam of Tablig Jamaat. They have totally rejected the Sa’d group members who are described as the ‘ITA’ATI GROUP’ in Bangladesh.
One of my friends is a supporter of the Sa’d group. But his parents are with the Shura-eNezaam of the Tablig Jamaat. His parents are very much upset with him due to his being with the Sa’d group.
Considering both groups are the same, is it permissible for the son /daughter to be an active member / supporter of the Sa’d group, thus upsetting the parents? Will the son / daughter be guilty of disobeying the parents?
A. The better and correct option is not to be a supporter of any of the two Tablighi Jamaat factions. Both factions are astray and soiled with ghulu’ (haraam extremism). Nafsaaniyat has gripped them, and is directing both groups. They are prepared to kill each other.
In this corrupt haraam scenario the safety of one’s Imaan and Akhlaaq is to steer clear of both groups. Do not participate in their shenanigans. You may sit in the bayaans of any group without being a supporter of either group.
The son / daughter will be guilty of sin for disobeying the orders of parents who prohibit their child from being a supporter of either faction. In this case it is not an issue of Haqq versus Baatil. It is a case of nafs versus nafs, and both groups are astray.
When Jihaad is not Fardh-e-Ain, then for even this great and wonderful Ibaadat, the son may not embark on it without the consent of his parents.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) himself had refused consent for participation in Jihaad out of consideration for parents. If any parent refuses permission, then it will be haraam to participate in a Jihaad which is not Fardh-eAin. Relative to Jihaad, the Tabligh Jamaat as it stands today, has absolutely no Shar’i status.
It is haraam to participate in its activities without parental consent.
