Q. According to the KZN Jamiat, hand sanitizers and disinfectants which contain ethanol/ethyl alcohol are permissible because this alcohol is not prohibited in the Shariah. Is this correct?

A. The KZN Jamiat muftis are moron, bootlickers of the western kuffaar, hence they issue such baatil and stupid fatwas. All forms of alcohol are haraam. Like their counterpart devils of Daarush Shataan, they have ruined Salaat, and are in the process of demolishing Salaat which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said is the Central Pillar of Islam.
Q. If hand sanitizers containing alcohol are used, will it be permissible to perform Salaat? The Jamizt KZN mufti says that it is permissible.

A. The maajin mufti speaks rubbish. The hands should be thoroughly washed to remove the najaasat – the najis alcohol. It is not permissible to perform Salaat with the najaasat on the hands.
Q. Is it permissible to discourage or prohibit the elderly from attending the Musjid? The Jamiat’s mufti says that the elderly should not come to the Musjid. Is this correct?

A. The advice of the Jamiat KZN is haraam. The old and the young should be encouraged to attend the Musjid. It is the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to rush to the Musjid whenever he discerned some calamity such as stormy weather and the like. Now is the time for Muslims to observe Jamaat Salaat with greater diligence. Inordinate fear for the China pig virus has constrained these molvis to disrespect and to shun the aged. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that those who do not revere the aged are not from among us. In other words, they are not Muslims.
Q. The Jamiat KZN’s mufti says that ‘infected’ persons should not come to the Musjid for Salaat. Does the Shariah prohibit such people from attending the Musjid?

A. The Jamiat KZN’s mufti maajin as well as all the other spineless scoundrel, munaafiq, crook ‘muftis’ who fear their shadows more than fear for Allah Ta’ala, have been driven to insanity by the pig virus in their brains. Thus, they excrete the effluvium of bunkum, baatil fatwas to mislead the ignorant ones.
Q. While the government is allowing 100 musallis to assemble in the Musjid, the Jamiat KZN has reduced this number to 50. Please comment

A. This reduction by the moron, munaafiq molvis speaks volumes for their inordinate fear acquired from the bogey. It testifies to the total lack of tawakkul on Allah Ta’ala. It is evidence for the treason against Islam committed by these crank molvis and maajin muftis. They are a bunch of miserable shayateenul ins. They should don women’s garments and hide within their homes in the hope of the pig virus not apprehending them.
Q. The Mufti of KZN Jamiat says that Iznul Aaam (general permission) is not necessary when performing Jumuah Salaat in multiple places.

A. The mufti speaks drivel. He is plain stupid. Iznul Aaam (free and unfettered permission for all Muslims to attend) is an imperative requisite for the validity of Jumuah Salaat. The China Pig Disease does not waive this condition. If the government enforces its oppressive and unjust 100 man limit, it will be a valid excuse for restriction of the number to 100. But where it is absolutely haraam to abrogate the Iznul Haraam condition if the number is less than 100.
The jaahil molvis of the Jamiat KZN have sucked the kufr number of 50 from their vile nafs in a most despicable bootlicking exercise.

Is it permissible for healthy Muslims to abandon Jumuah and Jamaa’ah for the fear of the corona disease?

By the taufeeq of Allah!

Firstly: During real fear for the enemy in battle in the Path of Allah, Jamaa’ah (Jamaat Salaat) is not waived. How then can Jumuah and Jamaa’ah be abandoned on account of fear for a suspected disease?

Secondly: The cause for these epidemics and diseases is sin and transgression. Allah Ta’ala says (in the Qur’aan): “Whatever calamity befalls you, is the consequence of the perpetration of your hands.”
And Allah, The One Who is Mighty and Aware says: “Corruption has appeared on the land and the ocean on account of (the misdeeds) committed by the hands of people so that He gives them to taste something of what they perpetrated, for perhaps they will return (to the Path of Rectitude).”
Allah has explained that the remedy is to return to Allah with repentance and seeking forgiveness (Taubah and Istighfaar), Tilaawat and Dua. The remedy is not in the abandonment of some acts which Allah has made incumbent us, namely Jumuah and Jamaa’ah.

Thirdly: Allah Ta’ala says: “No calamity will befall on the earth nor upon you except that which (has been recorded) in the Book even before We create it.”
“Even if you were in your homes, those for whom death has been decreed would emerge and go to their places of his death.”

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Know that even if all mankind unites to benefit you, they will be able to do only that which Allah has ordained for you. And, if they unite to harm you, they will be able to do only Allah has decreed for you.” (Ahmad and Tirmizi)

Thus, our Imaan is on Qadha and Qadr (in whatever Allah has ordained for us). We repose Tawakkul (Trust) on Allah Jalla wa Alaa. Has He not prohibited us from abandoning whatever He has compulsorily imposed on us, namely Jumuah Salaat and Jamaa’ah, for the fear of disease, etc.?

Fourthly: Has Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) not informed of the measure to be adopted relevant to a plague, and that it is not permissible to enter a region where there is a plague, and not to flee from such a place? Did he mention abandonment of Jamaat Salaat in such a place?

Fifthly: A plague had erupted during the khilaafat of Umar Bin Khattaab (Radhiyallahu anhu). H consulted in this regard with the Muhaajireen, then with the Ansaar……Did they abandon Jumuah and Jamaa’ah because of it (the plague)?

Sixthly: Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala says: “Seek aid by means of Sabr and Salaat.” What, is this Istiaanah (seeking help) by means of establishing Salaat in the Musjid as was the practice of Nabi (Alahis salaam) or was it by abandoning Jumuah and Jama’aat?
Seventhly: Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Whoever performs Subuh (Fajr) in Jamaa’ah, he is in the responsibility (and protection) of Allah.” Is it not sufficient for us to be in the responsibility of Allah? “Is Allah not sufficient for His servant?”
Eighthly: When Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had not granted permission to the blind man to be absent (from Jamaat Salaat) despite him not having someone to guide him, and despite the abundance of wild animals in Madinah, then how can a healthy person be permitted to abstain from Jamaat merely for the fear of the disease?

Ninthly: Whenever Rasulullah feared something, he would hasten to the Musjid. How then can we abandon Jumuah Salaat and Jamaa’ah for fear of corona?

Tenthly: There was in every Islamic city one Jaami’ Musjid where all the people gathered to perform Jumuah, and epidemics and plagues would befall Muslims. Did any of the Ulama of Islam ever issue the fatwa throughout the history (of Islam) to close and lock the Musaajid because of an epidemic or plague?

28 Rajab 1441 – 23 March 2020

“Verily, the Musaajid are for Allah, therefore do not call on anyone besides Allah.”
“Verily, the kuffaar prevent (Muslims) from the Path of Allah and from Musjidul Haraam.”

“Who is a greater oppressor than the one who prevents the Thikr of Allah’s Name in the Musaajid and strives to destroy the Musaajid?”
For maintaining their Imaan, it is essential that Muslims understand that:
(1) It is Waajib to perform the five faily Fardh Salaat with Jamaat in the Musaajid regardless of the fear and panic created by the Agents of Iblees in our misdst, namely, the zindeeq, munaafiq doctors and vile molvis and moron sheikhs.

(2) It is absolutely haraam to close the Musaajid and to debar Muslims from Jumuah Salaat and the five daily Salaat.

(3) The Musaajid are Waqf, i.e. no one besides Allah Azza Wa Jal, owns the Musaajid. The trustees of the Musjid and the moron imaam and vile murtad molvis do not own the Musjid. While the trustees have the right to administer the affairs of the Musjid fully within the confines of the Shariah, they have no right to close the Musjid and prevent any Muslim from entering to perform Salaat and Ibaadat. They do not own the Musjid.

(4) If the trustees persist in their haraam treason of closing the Musaajid, then it is the Waajib obligation of the Musallis of the neighbourhood to dismiss the trustees regardless of the westernized constitution which they have fabricated to entrench their haraam grip on the Musaajid. If the Musjid is locked, the musallis have the right to break the locks, enter and perform Salaat.

(5) It is the right and the Waajib obligation of the Musallis to dismiss the fussaaq trustees and to appoint new Trustees to govern the affairs of the Musjid.

(6) Muslims should not be so spineless as to submit to the gross infractions and the kufr of the trustees and the murtad/munaafiq molvis and shaitaani sheikhs such as Reverend Abraham Bham, Taha Karan, Zubair Bhayat, Yahya Bham and others of the same haraam ilk. All of these clownish characters are non-entities, sell-outs and thorns in the flesh of the community. Their ‘fatwas’ are not worth the value of even a sheet of toilet paper.

(7) If they issue written fatwas, then provided Allah’s Name/Qur’aanic verses/Ahaadith do not appear thereon, it will be permissible to use such shaitaani fatwas as toilet paper in the same way as Mullah Ali Qaari said: Ya joozul istinjaa bi auraaqil mantiq (Istinja with the pages of the books of logic is permissible.)

(8) Every Muslim is under Shar’i obligation to struggle to keep aloft the Torch of Islam by fulfilling his duties to Allah Ta’ala. These include shunning the murtaddeen and munaafiqeen in our midst. Salaat behind these munaafiqeen is NOT VALID.

Hasbunallaahu wa ni’mal Wakeel Wa ni’man Naseer (Sufficient for us is Allah. He is a wonderful Friend and a wonderful Helper)
“There is no help except from Allah, The Mighty, The Wise.”

27 Rajab 1441 – 22 March 2020

RASULULLAH (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Jibraeel taught me a medicine which obviates the need for any other medicine or for a physician.”
Hadhrat Abu Bakr, Hadhrat Umar, Hadhrat Uthmaan and Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhum) eagerly asked: “And, what is that medicine? We are in need of it.” Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Take some rainwater and recite on it Surah Faatihah, Surah Ikhlaas, Surah Falaq, Surah Naas and Aayatul Kursi.
Each one seventy times (and blow on the water). Then drink of this water morning and evening for seven days.
I take oath by That Being Who has sent me as the Nabi with the Haqq! Jibraeel said to me: ‘Verily, whoever drinks from this water Allah will eliminate from his body every disease and protect him against all sicknesses and pains. Who-ever gives it to his wife to drink, then sleeps with her, she will become pregnant by the permission of Allah. It cures the eyes, eliminates sihr (magic), cures chest pains, toothache and urine stoppage, etc., etc…………” (End of Hadith)

There can be absolutely no doubt in the efficacy of this wonderful remedy prescribed by Jibraeel (alayhis salaam) by the Command of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It has been handed to the Ummah by As-Sadiq (The T r u t h f u l ) , Muhammad Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam).
Its efficacy is dependent on two conditions just as the efficacy of all kinds of remedies is reliant on certain conditions, e.g. diet, dosage, etc. The two essential conditions for its efficacy is:

(1) Taa-at (Obedience). Abstention from sin – fisq and fujoor, and cleansing the heart from malice, etc.
(2) Yaqeen – firm faith.
The ultimate result is the decree of Allah Ta’ala with which every Mu’min has to incumbently be pleased. Allah does as He wills.

“Who is a greater zaalim (oppressor) than the one who prevents (others) from the Thikr of His Name in the Musaajid whilst he (the zaalim) strives in its destruction?” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 114)

For the Rubbishes and Munaafiqeen who have closed the Musaajid of Allah Ta’ala and who are preventing the community from utilizing the Musaajid for the purpose for which these Houses of Allah were dedicated, there is:

“For them disgrace in this world, and in the Aakhirat a great punishment.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 114)
In the more than 14 century history of Islam never was there an incident of Muslims themselves closing down and destroying the Musaajid. This is the first time in Islam’s history that “muslims” have shut down Musaajid enmasse. In some Musaajid where mock ‘salaat’ is performed, Musallis are harassed by the munaafiq rats – jaahil imaams and fussaaq trustees. Gross disrespect is shown to the aged about whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He who does not honour our aged is not from us.” In other words he is among the kuffaar.

These rats and rubbishes are not Muslims. They are munaafiqeen agents of Iblees striving to destroy Islam.

Allah Ta’ala has His Own way of exposing criminals and hypocrites who masquerade as Muslims. By these miserable scoundrels closing and destroying the Musaajid, their nifaaq has been exposed. Only munaafiqeen are capable of closing Musaajid thereby preventing the community from taking the Name of Allah Ta’ala and from Ibaadat in the Musaajid.

The shops have not closed; the malls have not closed; the factories have not closed; the casinos have not closed; the brothels have not closed, and while many other places of business and immoral entertainment have not closed, the Rubbish Munaafiqeen have deemed it honourable to close the Musaajid. The Musaajid is the only institution these vile scoundrels could find for closing in order to bootlick the government.

These miserable, spineless munaafiqeen obsequiously grovelling in the gutters of dishonour have superseded even the government in the draconian measures imposed on the people. While the government limited gatherings to 100, these Aulaadush Shaitaan reduced the number to 50 deliciously licking the boots of the non-Muslim authorities. While the government has not ordered the Musaajid to close, these munaafiqeen have closed Allah’s Houses enmasse. They will yet rue the day that their mothers gave birth to them. Calamity in a variety of forms will still strike them. They will not have to wait for Qiyaamah. Allah’s La’nat is on them: “Indeed Allah curses them and those who curse, curse them.” (Qur’aan)

At least The Muslim community has now understood who the enemies of Islam are from within. They are the MJC, NNB jamiat, KZN jamiat, Daarush Shaitaan (the zubair bhayat shaitaan’s outfit), and others of such ilk.

On the occasion of Dajjaal’s appearance, while he will be encamped outside Madinah, there will be three tremors. All the munaafiqeen and zanaadaqah will flee from Madinah to escape death. They will be apprehended by Dajjaal. In this manner will Allah Ta’ala purify Madinah Munawwarah from the filth of the munaafiqeen. In similar manner has Allah Ta’ala exposed the nifaaq of the Rats and Rubbishes who have closed the Musaajid and where they have not as yet closed the Musjids, they have so severely tampered with Salaat and the Khutbah as to transform these fundamental institutions of Islam into a devilish mockery.

A concerned Brother from the U.K. writes:

Uncle Tom Muslims

Despite complete freedom of religious expression, this will be the first Jumuah since Muslims arrived en-masse in the UK over 60 yrs ago, where British Muslims themselves have chosen not to perform Jumuah Salah and close their own Masajid with their own hands. As yet there is no Government Statute to close our Masajid or Madaris. The so-called Corona-19 or Chinese ‘Kung-Flu’ is merely a reflection of our deeds and conduct.

Allah Ta’ala has cast into the hearts of Muslims, inordinate fear for a pesky virus, for maut and love for dunya (world).

In a society swimming in affluence, barakah has been taken away – we fight at checkouts – our traders act like extortionists – hiking up prices umpteen fold.

Of what good is our wealth? Non-Muslim Businesses put us to shame.

Compare our conduct with the behaviour of past generations at time of want and tribulations, they would hasten towards the common good, traders and wealthy would feed the less fortunate, poor and destitute – family members and neighbours would support and share with each other. This would herald the Mercy of Allah Ta’ala and removal of calamaties.

Today, we are turning away and shunning those very elders whose sacrifices, aspirations, far-sightedness and dua have bought into existence all these Masajid, Madaris, Academies, Schools, Businesses, houses and wealth from which we benefit.

The younger generations, especially its dim-witted, hypocritical scholars, professionals and traders are the worst specimens on earth. They are aiding an agenda to distance the next generation from the Masajid, Madaris and their elders. As a consequence, mischief, futility, failure and irtidaad must prevail henceforth.

We hear a foul, absurd and preposterous cry from Muslim Quacks (Neem Mullah’s & Neem Hakims) not to perform Sunnah and Nafl Salah in the Masajid, minimise our stay therein, to shorten the Khutbah/Salah and to close down our Madaris.

They quote fictitious, unsubstantiated statistics and conjure up the ‘what if’ doomsday scenarios to justify their advice and befool a gullible public. Associating with the wrong crowd, Muslim Scholars and professionals are now constrained to appease their colonial masters. Already there are howls to reduce Taraweeh Salah in Ramadhaan and abandon Hajj.

Spineless Masajid personnel are observed preventing Muslims from placing their foreheads on the Masjid Carpets which were procured with thousands in donations. So-called Muslim doctors are at the forefront. Do they proffer the same advice to their non-Muslim colleagues, patients and communities to stop visiting shopping malls, shops, pubs, take-aways and other venues of futility and immorality?

It is okay for their children to be exempted and attend schools but they must self-isolate from Madrasah. We are further saddled with an incompetent batch of Muftis and Maulana’s, who lack spiritual stamina and strength to tackle forces of baatil.

Today, the Haram Shareef, Masjid-un-Nabawee, Masjid Aqsa and our local Masajid all lie empty. Allah Ta’ala has cast us out of His House because of our rebellious, distrespectful behaviour and attitude towards these blessed venues and Deen. We reap what we sow.

Allah Ta’ala save us from the munafiqeen within our midst. Laa Ghaaliba illallaah! Was salam

musaafaha (shaking hands) or fist

Assalamu alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuh.

Respected Moulana.please advise me with regards to shaking hands when greeting my fellow Muslim brother. When I extend my hands then some will give their elbow, some will give a fist, some Will give their arm.I feel shy to extend my hand now.Because I am in the habit of making salaam to whoever I meet especially in the Masjid.

It is not permissible to adopt the satanic forms of greeting, e.g.
elbow, etc.  If you know that a person  will not  adopt the Masnoon
musaafahah, then do not offer your hand. Shaitaan is gripping their

May Allah Ta’ala keep you with aafiyat.

In our Musjid in Robertsham, Johannesburg, the Imaam was happy, and in a jolly way was counting people, and the musjid jamaat ensured that once the 100th person came in the gates were locked. The Imaam rushed through the salaah very badly.

I am very disheartened and feel like I never want to read behind these insane imams ever again. Was the Jumuah Salaat valid?

The police did not count. The jamaat stopped the people once they reached 100 and made them wait for the 2nd jamaat. Should I read Zuhr?

Yes you should perform Zuhr. The Jumuah was not valid. All these molvis and imaams are displaying their nifaaq. In this way has Allah Ta’ala exposed them. Those munaafiqeen who have closed the Musaajid despite the government not having made this demand are the worst scoundrels and agents of Iblees. They will have to circumambulate (make tawaaf) of their intestines in Jahannam according to the Hadith of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

Concerned Muslims should arrange their own Jumuah Salaat anywhere, whether in the open, a Jamaat Khaanah, a storeroom or in one’s home. The minimum number of musallis is four – the Imaam and 3 muqtadis. Do not participate in these mock ‘jumuahs’ if you are able to arrange for Jumuah elsewhere. However, if this is not possible in your context, then after having joined in the mock jumuah, perform four raka’ts Zuhr Fardh. The moron imaam should have left the counting and preventing to the police.

25 Rajab 1441 – 20 March 2020

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Verily, the plague is an Athaab (Punishment) with which nations of bygone times were punished.”
“The plague is an Athaab which Allah dispatches against whomever He wills. However, for the Mu’mineen, Allah has made the plague a Rahmat (Mercy). He who remains with Sabr in a plague-stricken region firmly believing that only that which Allah has decreed for him will befall him, for him is the thawaab equivalent to that (reward) of a Shaheed (Martyr).”
“The plague is Shahaadat (i.e. a medium of Martyrdom), and the one who dies in the plague is a Shaheed.”

Thus the true Mu’min in whose heart is embedded Imaan knows no fear for death. Panic is never in the lifestyle of the Mu’min. Panic is the attribute of the Munaafiqeen. The Qur’aan Majeed declares with emphasis:

“No person will die but at the appointed time with the command of Allah.”
Allah Ta’ala is fully in command and in control of the movement of even the ants and the atoms. Thus, says the Qur’aan Majeed:

“Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but HE is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry but it is recorded in a Clear Book.”

Muslims should therefore understand well and remember that:

A plague is either a punishment or a medium for the attainment of Shahaadat (Martyrdom). For the evil ones it is an Athaab, and for the pious Mu’mineen it is Shahaadat.
Allah Azza Wa Jal is Just. His punishment is reserved for those who are flagrant criminals and treasonists. Hence, all those earmarked for the Athaab will not escape it regardless of whatever measures are instituted. No one can succeed in fleeing from Allah’s apprehension.
Maut (Death) is ordained for an appointed time. It cannot be delayed or enhanced a second. Malakul Maut strikes with precision.

Now when the true Believers are aware of the Divine Scheme, there is no need for them to panic. Increase Istighfaar and Thikrullaah and welcome Maut with an open heart.

“Whatever calamity befalls you, is in consequence of the perpetration of your own hands, and (despite this), He forgives abundantly.” “There is no help except from Allah, The Mighty, The Wise.” (Qur’aan)
